The Position Count Verify screen is used to verify scans that were performed in scan mode. Verifiers review scan groups, confirm or edit counts, and mark items as verified. The system tracks verification progress against an audit quota and ensures mandatory items are verified before allowing checkout. This screen displays scans grouped by item (same barcode and match fields), showing only properties configured to be visible during verification.
📄️ Invisible Count
The Invisible Count screen is a specialized verification mode where verifiers count items without seeing the original scanned counts. This prevents bias and ensures accurate recounting. The verifier enters their count for each group, and the system compares it against the total original scans. The screen uses the same base structure as Position Count Verify but hides counts and enforces strict validation logic with limited retry attempts.
📄️ Zone Count
The Zone Count Verify screen is used to verify the total count of items in a zone by entering a single number. Unlike Position Count Verify which verifies individual scan groups, Zone Count validates the entire zone's total. The system compares the entered count against the actual total count with configurable error tolerance and retry limits. (Zone Count config) The behavior after exceeding retry limits depends on user role (employee, manager, or client-employee) and the super control setting.
