Login
The login process authenticates the user and downloads project configurations.
Overview
On login, the system fetches the current project, user details, and checks for any open zone check-in sessions. If an open session exists on the scanner, the response indicates whether it belongs to the current user or if the user has permission to sync other sessions.
The main view shows an input field for login.
- Username: The user identifier for authentication.
On the Bottom the App indicates the sync status and the current app version.
Features
Login
On login, the system fetches the current project, user details, and checks for the match database and any open zone check-in sessions . If an open session exists on the scanner, the response indicates whether it belongs to the current user or if the user has permission to sync other sessions.
Return to open session
If the user attempting to log in has an open session on the scanner, they will be automatically navigated back to that open session with a notification.
Sync open Session as Team-Manager
If the user attempting to log in is logged in as a team manager and there is another user's open session, then the team manager can synchronize or delete these sessions.
System Settings
To enter the hidden system menu click three times between the stripes logo an the input field for the Username.
Environment selection
The environment URL defines the base URL for all communication.
The environment URL is a android managed configuration field which can be controlled by a Mobile Device Management system.
Database backup
The database Backup saves an backup file of the current app database into the download folder. This backup can be used for troubleshooting or to import into another device.
Backup import
With the backup import you can import a database backup and restore scan data etc.
This import will overwrite any current data from the app.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues
Not assigned to a project
- Contact the team-manager to assign you to the project
No Match Database found
- Contact the team-manager to preload the correct match database
- Check that the match database is unzipped
- Check the match database is stored in the correct folder
Assigned to multiple projects
- Contact the team-manager to unassign you from not valid projects
No connection
- Check the scanner has connection to the internet
- Check the environment url
User does not exist
- Check that you typed the correct user name including leading zeros
- Check the correct environment
App Version is outdated
- The application version is too old and must be updated.
