Top Bar

The toolbar is the main navigation and system control bar located at the top of the application. It provides quick access to essential features and system information.

Overview​

The toolbar contains several key areas:

  • Navigation toggle (mobile only) Hamburger_Menu
  • Progress bar
  • Information Info
  • Notifications Notifications
  • Language selector Languages
  • User account menu Account

Features & Access Rights​

  • Function: Opens/closes the side navigation menu only on mobile devices

Progress Bar​

  • Function: Shows current project progress when a project has been selected

Information Info​

  • Function: Displays current project information and statistics

Notifications Notifications​

  • Function: Shows unread notifications (Unassigned tab) which you can assign on you (Assigned tab) to handle and then resolve (Resolved tab)
  • Only shown to users with appropriate permissions (if you think you should see it, please contact your system administrator)

Language Selector Languages​

  • Function: Switches between available languages

User Account Menu Account​

  • Function: Controls user account functionalities and system operations

Troubleshooting​

Can't see notifications icon?​

  • Ensure you have the proper permission

Missing user account menu options?​

  • Check if you have the required permissions
  • Verify you have an active project selected (if required)

Job won't start?​

  • Check if another job of the same type is already running
  • Verify you have the necessary permissions

Sync options disabled?​

  • Confirm synchronization is enabled in system settings
  • Check for incomplete sync jobs
